I’m Victoria, an interior designer and the founder of Nordic Inspired.

Growing up in Sweden, with its cold climate and long, dark winters, the home needed to be so much more than just a place to eat and sleep, given how much time is spent indoors.

My passion for Interior design started at a young age, drawing up different layouts of my room and rearranging the furniture until I was happy with the look. Having a grandmother who had a great eye for design was also a strong influence.

After a long career in the pharmaceutical industry in both Sweden and Australia, and years of helping friends and family with design ideas, reviewing house plans and doing room makeovers, I decided to follow my lifelong dream and passion for interior design. Since this time, I have undertaken interior design studies in both Sweden and Australia and worked on a number of projects, both large and small in scale. I love helping clients create a space that reflects their unique style, personality and lifestyle and improves their daily life. I’m inspired by the Nordic lifestyle and value simple, elegant designs where functionality, durability & sustainability have been incorporated.
